[Bio-Linux] How to Install all packages on Ubuntu?

Hi Jasmine,

Installing all the bio-linux-* packages listed in the package manager is
a bad idea, but you can install all the ones that come on the standard
Bio-Linux installation by using the same script I made for Bio-Linux
6->7 upgrades.
