[Bio-Linux] How to Install all packages on Ubuntu?

Hello all =)

The USB stick fails to boot on my netbook after the boot loader, because it
can't recognize the keyboard. So I tried to install ALL the bio-linux
packages on a Ubuntu 12.04 64bit, and ran into tons of dependency issues.

Have anyone succeed in installing all the packages, and if so, how? =)
