I have updated those two to make them actually work (at least on
Fedora):

http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/r-repo-rhel-1.0.1-1.fc12.noarch.rpm 

I also created the repo metadata for Fedora 11, 13 and CentOS 5 so that
we can test/install the repo.

As a side note, yesterday I have updated a bunch of RPMs from
bioconductor to the new release (but only on F12).
At the moment all RPMs compiled for F12 are compiled on R-2.10.1, I have
not updated to R-2.11.0 on my F12 box.

I am planning to build some RPMs for F13 on R-2.11.0 maybe over the
week-end.
