[Bio-Linux] QIIME 1.9 biom cmd issue

Hi Andor,

Looks like I neglected to update the "pyqi" library when I updated
QIIME.  I've now pushed an updated package and the obvious error message
is gone.  Could you please see if that fixes it for you?
