Woe is me.

So, 'mock' isn't in RHEL's repos, so I set about the instructions to
download from git and make the RPM.

It wants a newer autoconf than is in the RHEL repos.  Sigh.  No RPM
out there either.  Fine, SUSE's got a src.rpm that looks generic.  

Just to install that src.rpm, it wants a newer m4 than are in RHEL.

AAAAARGH.

I feel like I'm back in Gentoo.
