[Bio-Linux] Qiime 1.9 dependencies problem

Hello,
I write you because I have a problem with the dependencies of qiime.
I'm using ubuntu server 14.04 lts and I've added the repos for biolinux 8:

deb http://nebc.nerc.ac.uk/bio-linux/ unstable bio-linux deb
http://ppa.launchpad.net/nebc/bio-linux/ubuntu trusty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/nebc/bio-linux/ubuntu trusty main

The problem with qiime 1.9 is that the package r-cran-optparse is included
neither in ubuntu nor in biolinux. I report this especially because the
trusty release is an LTS and maybe there are other users that want to keep
this release of ubuntu.
