[Bio-Linux] Bowtie 2 and Galaxy

Hi Tim
I have BioLinux installed on my iMac through Parallels Virtual Machine.
Everything was working absolutely fine until today. This morning, I ran
update manager (from the left side panel) and now I do not see my side and
tope panel. I just see my desktop, nothing else.

Please help
