[Bio-Linux] Bandwidth Issue

Hi

We have an issue at the moment where Biolinux will consume every bit of available bandwidth when it is downloading. This has huge impacts on the rest of the network. Is anyone else experiencing this? And does anyone have any idea how to cope/fix the issue?
