[Bio-Linux] ARB, broken link to pt_servers in Biolinux 3.0

For those of you that use pt servers with arb the link to the pt 
servers in /usr/software/arb/arb/lib/pts does not work

we fixed the problem by deleting the old one in 
/usr/software/arb/arb/lib/pts  and creating a new link to  
/home/db/arb_pt_server/lib/pts.

We also had to replace the  /usr/software/arb/arb/lib arb_tcp.dat with 
our old version in  but it might be possible to create a link to this 
as well.
