[Bio-Linux] Problems relating to /var reaching 100% full

Chris Beck from Concordia University suggests that a better way to clean 
out the Yum packages is :

sudo yum clean packages

- I will add a cron job to the Bio-Linux image in order that this is 
done on a regular basis.
